Pancake Breakfast- 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Chetek Masonic Lodge on Morrison St. 


Grand Parade- noon starting at CWHS travelling through downtown. Register Here


Beach Party- @ 1:30. $5 at the gate. Concessions available. No Carry-Ins

Launched Over Lake Chetek

Chetek Liberty Fest features a professional fireworks display provided by Pyrotechnic Display, Inc. Our show is  launched from a floating platform on Lake Chetek.

Thank you to all those that support our display including the City of Chetek, Town of Chetek and Town of Prairie Lake.


• Travel at a NO WAKE speed

• Maintain a 420’ radius saftey zone from the barge

• The safety zone will be marked and patrolled

Beautiful Chetek, Wi is located in northwest Wisconsin’s Indianhead region. Located on a chain of 6 lakes, Chetek offers over 130 miles of shoreline.

There are many things to enjoy outside of the scheduled events like the drive-in theater, live music venues, fun on the lakes, and more. Additionally, there may be some organizations/groups that choose to host their own events that weekend and we will share those if we hear of them.

Chetek, WI

Events are held through the City of Chetek of surrounding area. 

From Eau Claire
Chetek is located approximately 40 minutes north of Eau Claire. Travel north on US Hwy 53 to exit 126 (County Road I) take a right at the bottom of the off ramp. Take a right on Lakeview Drive (4th right)

From the Twin Cities
Chetek is located approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes east of the Cities. Travel east on Hwy 64 from Stillwater to Hwy 25. Turn left (north) onto 25. Turn right on County Hwy A past Ridgeland. Continue on A, it becomes County Hwy I. Follow I east into Chetek and turn right on Lakeview Drive.
