The Chetek Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to present our annual Independence Day Celebration. We expect a full schedule of events for 2021.

Sunset View Golf Tournament- 9 a.m., 4 Player, best ball scramble


Softball Tournament- 6 to 11 p.m. at Overby Field behind Kwik Trip


WorldWise Food Fare- 4 to 10 p.m. at Phillips park beach pavillion


Street Dance- on Knapp St. between 2nd & 3rd sponored by Fostbites and Antczak Angus. 5 p.m. to midnight

Fishy Four Run/Walk- A four mile run or walk to benefit the Chetek-Weyerhaeuser Scholarship Foundation. 8 a.m.


Craft/Vendor Fair- 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Airport Park


Craft/Vendor Fair- 9 a.m to 4 p.m. at American Legion (yes, there are two craft fairs)


Vintage Voyagers Car Show- 9 to 3 p.m.


Kids Activities- 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the beach pavillion. Games, bounce houses & more. Sawdust money hunt at 11:30. Pedal Pull at 1 p.m..

Volleyball Tournment- 10 a.m. at Chetek Lanes.


Ace Helicopter Rides- Noon to dusk, south end of airport past the hangers, $60/person


Chetek Hydroflites Water Ski Show- pre-show at 5 p.m., main show at 6 p.m.


Street Dance- on Knapp St. between 2nd & 3rd sponored by Fostbites and Antczak Angus. 6 p.m. to midnight

Chetek, WI

Events are held through the City of Chetek of surrounding area. 

From Eau Claire
Chetek is located approximately 40 minutes north of Eau Claire. Travel north on US Hwy 53 to exit 126 (County Road I) take a right at the bottom of the off ramp. Take a right on Lakeview Drive (4th right)

From the Twin Cities
Chetek is located approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes east of the Cities. Travel east on Hwy 64 from Stillwater to Hwy 25. Turn left (north) onto 25. Turn right on County Hwy A past Ridgeland. Continue on A, it becomes County Hwy I. Follow I east into Chetek and turn right on Lakeview Drive.
